Information Collection & Use Registration

In order to access certain parts of this website, and to become a customer or TESLA WAVE Distributor, you must first complete the registration form and/or create a username and password. During the registration process, you are required to give accurate and complete contact information (such as name and email address and Shipping Address). We use this information to contact you about the products, or your account on our site in which you have expressed interest or purchased. We do not sell your information.

Tesla Wave, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on , and other directly owned and controlled websites. Tesla Wave, LLC collects personally identifiable information for our users at several different points on our web site.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form.
